If you have a specific decision or problem you have been circling for more than two weeks without resolution, a Clarity Session is usually the right first step. It is designed to be useful on its own. You do not need to commit to anything further. The pre-session questionnaire will tell both of us whether the session is likely to be productive.

Both. Senior leaders often book Clarity Sessions independently, separate from any organisational engagement. The retainer is also available to individuals in advisory or executive roles who want a consistent outside perspective on their own decision-making.

Yes. Most Clarity Sessions and retainer calls are delivered via video call. Workshops and longer engagements are usually more effective in person, but remote delivery is possible for teams that are geographically distributed. We discuss this during the introductory call.

Sessions cancelled more than five business days before the scheduled date are fully refunded. Cancellations within five business days are charged at 50% of the session fee. Rescheduling within five business days is possible once without charge, subject to availability.
